In MU-MIMO technology , the access point can simultaneously transmit data to several devices using different antennas, which allows more efficient use of network bandwidth and reduces the waiting time for data transmission. If properly configured, devices with MU-MIMO support can receive data 3-4 times faster than in traditional networks.
However, to use this technology, it is necessary that all devices in the network support this standard, so before choosing a router that supports MU-MIMO , you need to make sure that all your devices support this standard. Otherwise, if the device does not support MU-MIMO, it will receive data sequentially as before.
What Wi-Fi standards support MU-MIMO?

The main advantages of the technology are as follows:

Despite many advantages, the technology has some disadvantages:

- Possible interference problems: Interference can cause signal degradation, especially if other devices such as microwave ovens, cordless phones, etc. are operating on the same frequency. MU-MIMO does not guarantee protection against interference if other devices are operating on the frequency.
